AFTER a green light to reopen the tourism in Cebu province, the local government unit (LGU) of Badian introduced its newest tourist attraction to boost the town's tourism industry.
Called as the Badian Highlands, it is a new view deck in the south and about 1,640 feet above sea level.
The newly-opened tourist attraction in Badian is for free and open to private vehicles as of the moment.
The new tourist attraction is a "No Build Zone" area, which means structures are not allowed.
"We open this site for sightseeing and to those who want to walk, jog, bike, and joy-ride with a view," he said.
To reach the Badian Highlands, vehicles will take the 13-kilometer road that covers barangays Poblacion, Taytay, Basak, Talayong, and Dobdob from the national highway. - Via SunStar Cebu
